JEE Main 2023 Notification, registration Process, Exam Dates to be Released Soon....

JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main) is a national level engineering entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in India. It is held for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at various colleges and universities in the country.

The JEE Main exam consists of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2.

  1. Paper 1 is for admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech.), while
  2. Paper 2 is for admission to undergraduate architecture and planning programs (B.Arch./B.Planning).

Candidates can choose to appear for either one or both papers, depending on their interests and career goals.

The JEE Main exam is held twice a year – in January and April. The exam is conducted in online mode (computer-based test) and offline mode (pen and paper-based test). Candidates can choose the mode of examination as per their preference.

 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR JEE MAIN 2023 

  • Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with at least 75% marks (65% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in class 12th or equivalent examination.
  • Candidates who are appearing for class 12th or equivalent examination in the current year are also eligible to apply.

 

 REGISTRATION PROCESS

The JEE Main registration process is done in two parts – Part 1 and Part 2. In Part 1, you need to register and fill in the basic details, while in Part 2 you need to pay the examination fee and select the exam center.
